In this post, we’ll highlight some key updates that will help maximize your learning experience. From new features that enhance your ability to retain information and simplified reporting for Managers, these changes are designed with you in mind. Let’s dive into what’s new at Plan Academy!
What’s New?
Autoplay Feature
With our new Autoplay option, you can now breeze through your courses seamlessly. Select “Autoplay,” and your videos will automatically play one after the other, automatically marking each lesson as complete as you go.
Add Lesson Notes
Ever wish you could capture that perfect key information nugget from a lesson? Now you can! While watching, simply click the note icon to jot down important thoughts and takeaways.
Access your notes anytime from your main Dashboard for easy reference.
Favorites
Revisiting key lessons just got easier! Use the new “Favorite” button to save essential lessons, which can be found right on your Dashboard. Just click the “heart” icon next to the “notes” option and add lesson to your favorite content.
Updates to Excel and P6 Modules
With the latest LMS updates, we revamped our Primavera P6 Professional Foundations course with a new module “Reporting in Primavera P6 and Excel.” This module explores P6 reports and data manipulation with Excel Power Query. Power Query is designed to transform and shape data into a format that can be organized through a pivot table.
Primavera P6 report generating feature along with Power Query can allow you to quickly and accurately export complex data out of Primavera P6 and create understandable reports for other project members. All of this along with graphing S-Curves and Cash Flow reporting are now covered in the course.
Export PDF Manager’s Report
Managers can effortlessly track team progress with our Manager Dashboard and downloadable reports. With our latest updates, we added an “Export PDF” button to your Dashboard. The report you generate now for students’ progress will have the same format and styling as the Dashboard. This will ensure consistent visual reporting across formats.
Feedback Form for Managers
Your insights matter! Now Group Managers can easily share their feedback via an accessible form on the dashboard. Just click the speech bubble icon on the bottom right of the
Manager Dashboard and fill out the form that pops up. Let us know what’s working for you and any suggestions for further improvements.
